Our billing practices are designed to be compassionate and customer service oriented while being timely, thorough and performed in accordance with sound business practices. Our billing and collections offices are open Monday thru Friday during the hours of 8 am. - 5 pm. Our account representatives are available to assist our patients with any billing-related questions or concerns by telephone at (714) 990-1742, or in person at 3200 East Birch Street, Suite A, Brea, CA 92821. If possible, please have the name of the patient, their social security number, the date of service and any insurance information (if applicable) prior to calling.
